Case Administration

Sending your data to be pre-processed or uploaded into a review tool is costly and time consuming. Fortunately, advanced technology no longer makes it necessary in order to manage your cases digitally. The powerful technology created by Evident allows users to upload their casedata from any internet connection and customize its organization. The case creation and other wizards are easy to use, allowing our clients to upload their own data and administer their own cases.

Case Status:

Evident’s report builder shows Case Administrators detailed information at the case or user level. Quickly generate reports to identify documents that have been reviewed or not-reviewed. Administrators can run reports on documents that are in question, or that have discussion threads associated with those documents.

Case Data Upload:

Designated reviewers can upload case data from their desktops directly to the Evident application using industry standard load files like CSV, Summation and Concordance. Evident’s patent-pending replicator technology allows data to be imported into your case. Administrators receive email updates on the progress of each upload.

Case Specification:

Case Administrators can create cases, create criteria based tags, folder structure, build customized annotation templates, create and manage hit-highlights keywords, assign read and edit rights to individual folders, tags and saved searches.

Case Management:

Case Administrators can create and manage cases and users directly from the Evident Admin Module. Create dedicated case roles to delegate actions like user creation, case creation, assign folders to users, database administrator and super-reviewers. Create user-profile templates to automate the process.

Bulk Job Status:

Evident manages bulk actions submitted by users such as copy, move, and export. These actions are managed by the software and accessible to Case Administrators to help speed review times. Evident’s job status manages the bulk actions submitted by reviewers to minimize resource intensive actions.

Production:

Authorized users can send a production request to Evident and receive notification when documents are ready for download. Evident maintains logs and document history of each production generated. Produce industry standard load files with single or multi-page options, and choose whether to produce with or without annotations, confidential designations and bates endorsement.

Batch Print:

Your authorized users can choose from flexible batch print options and manage print commands based on your print resource availability. Batch print production document sets directly from Evident.
