1. On Users pane, select the user
2. On the Available Cases/Databases tab, click the checkbox for the case to be assigned
3. Click Assign in Assigned Cases/Databases tab
4. Click Ok
5. Case & Database is assigned for a user
6. Click Database pane
7. Click Change Case & Database
8. Select a case & database from drop-down
9. Click Open Database to open database or click X to cancel
10. Select a user
11. On the Fields tab, enable Provide access to all fields checkbox
12. Click Assign/Revoke
13. Click Ok
14. Fields are assigned to user
15. Click Folders
16. Enable Provide access to all folders
17. Select Edit or View
18. Click Assign/Revoke
19. Click Yes to assign folders
20. Folders are assigned to user
21. Click Saved Searches tab
22. Enable Provide access to all Saved Searches
23. Select Edit or View
24. Click Assign/Revoke
25. Click Yes to assign saved searches
26. Saved Searches are assigned to user
27. Click Review Tags tab
28. Enable Provide access to all Review Tags
29. Select Edit or View
30. Click Assign/Revoke
31. Click Yes to assign review tags
32. Review Tags are assigned to user
33. Click Wordset tab
34. Enable Provide access to all word set
35. Click Assign/Revoke
36. Click Ok
37. Word sets are assigned to user
south - generally for informational stuff, also could be for status bar
