1. Click Update as Private
2. Folder color changed to Green, which indicates Private folder
3. Let’s learn how to create a Private folder and then how to change the scope as Public
4. Right click on the white space to Create Folder
5. Click New
6. Type the Folder Name
7. Select Public or Private to set the Folder Scope
8. Select Standard or Checkbox or Option from drop-down to set the Folder Style
9. Click Ok to create a new folder or Cancel to exit
10. Root folder is created with Private scope
11. Right click on the Private Folder which is in Green
12. Click Update as Public
13. Folder color is changed to Yellow, which indicates Public folder
