Evident Discovery provides a solution you can cull, analyze, review and then produce from. Our production module allows you to TIFF images, Bates Stamp, and endorse documents for production and then export to legal industry load files.
Native/Tiff/PDF Production:
Administrators can produce documents in Native, TIFF or PDF formats. Industry compatible load file formats include Summation, Concordance and CSV. Output to single or multi-page directly from Evident.
TIFF Production:
Tiff image can be produced multiple times and Evident will maintain each production image. Reviewers can view each production image at any given time.
Annotations:
Reviewers can produce images with annotations including redactions, highlights and Bates Stamps.
Batch Printing:
Reviewers or Case Administrators can manage batch print options. Submit batch print commands and be notified when the production is ready to submit to the printer or chose print on demand options.
Administrators can produce documents in Native, TIFF and industry standard load files. Can initiate export from any computer on fly
